Warren first started working for Seamariner in 1996 as a Recruitment Consultant. He has worked closely with all ranks in various sectors and specialised in Deck Ratings and various offshore roles.

Throughout his working career Warren has accumulated a wealth of experience and knowledge, which he is able to apply to his current role as Seamariner’s MD – working on innovative and dynamic ways of pushing the team and the company forward.  Warren also heads the accounts team which enables him to have a full, hands on overview of all activities.

Outside of work Warren supports Southampton FC, he plays for his local vets side and also enjoys a variety of other sports.
